Size Exchange Policy Only

We offer a 30-day size exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange.

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a size exchange, please message us directly on our official Facebook page: Bayani PH. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address:

If your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval via Facebook will not be accepted.

Damages and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and message us immediately on our official Facebook page if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for the following:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom or personalized items

• Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items or gift cards

Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns. Only size exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving the item.
